We sell high-quality notebooks and A5-size diaries. We also offer custom orders, but these are only available for customers located in or near Gorakhpur. For placing custom orders, please contact us by phone.

To purchase from our website, customers must register an account at checkout. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. You can also track your orders through your account.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship products within India only.
• All deliveries are handled via India Post.
• Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location.
• We do not offer free shipping, but shipping rates are kept reasonable and will be shown at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Payments

• We accept all major online payment methods (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, etc.).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• All payments must be completed online before an order is confirmed.
